Natalie Hovey

Natalie Hovey joined Mackenzie Health in January 2022 as the Vice President Finance and CFO. Natalie is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight over the hospital’s entire suite of Financial Services, Payroll, Financial Planning and Analysis, Procurement and Business Services.

Natalie’s accomplished career includes over 20 years of progressive leadership roles in large, complex multi-site hospitals. Natalie has extensive financial senior leadership and Board Governance experience. Most recently, Natalie was the Vice President, Corporate Services and Chief Financial Officer at Lakeridge Health where she continuously demonstrated a strong commitment to excellence in patient care and service and led strategic initiatives ensuring strong financial sustainability.
