Anne Ruffer is the Managing Partner, Chair of Executive Committee, and Attorney at Mackenzie Hughes LLP, where Anne manages the law firm's business and practice areas. With primary focuses on estate planning, trust and estate administration, and long-term care planning, Anne also serves as the Chair of Trusts and Estates Department. In addition, Anne is a Board Member at CenterState CEO, a prominent business leadership and economic development organization in Central New York. Anne holds a J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
