Marc Geddes

Marc Geddes, CFA, has extensive experience in investment research and trading, currently serving as the Director of Investment Research at Mackenzie Investments since May 2015, specializing in equity research with a focus on Japan and the ASEAN region. Previously, as Director of Trading at Mackenzie Investments, Marc led the Asian trading desk. Prior to this, Marc worked as an Investment Analyst at Ballingal Investment Advisors from February 2013 to April 2015, concentrating on equity long/short strategies and macro overlays across the Asia Pacific region. Earlier experience includes a role in sales for alternative investment funds at Dexion Capital, handling various strategies such as hedge funds and senior loans. Marc's academic background includes studies at Peking University and The University of Edinburgh.
