Brooke Marusic has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Brooke began their career as a Crew Trainer at McDonald's in 2011 and worked there until 2019. During this time, they gained experience in training and supervising employees. In 2016, Brooke also worked as an Event Staff member for the Event Workforce Group, demonstrating their ability to work in a fast-paced event environment.

In 2019, they transitioned into the social services sector and worked as a Student Case Manager at South East Community Links, where they provided support to clients in need. Brooke continued their work in this field at Retire & Wealth Planners Pty Ltd, where they served as an Administrative Officer in early 2020.

Brooke then moved on to Afri-Aus Care Inc, where they held the roles of Distribution Worker and Student Case Manager. In their role as a Student Case Manager, they focused on improving the mental health of young migrants and at-risk families by connecting them with appropriate services and support.

In 2021, Brooke worked as a Community Support Worker at Outlook Vic, providing assistance and care to individuals in the community. Brooke also served as a Youth Residential Care Worker at Berry Street during the same year, further building their skills in caring for vulnerable youth.

Currently, Brooke is a Residential Care Case Manager at MacKillop Family Services, a role they started in February 2022. This position highlights their ability to manage and coordinate resources for individuals in need of residential care.
