Emily Hudek has a work experience spanning over eight years. Emily started their career as a Sales Assistant/HR Admin at Harris Scarfe Australia Pty ltd in October 2013 and stayed in that role until December 2016. Emily then joined FirstPoint Personnel as a Human Resource Generalist in January 2017 and worked there until March 2020. After that, they worked at MacKillop Family Services as a Human Resources Coordinator, responsible for delivering support and administration in various HR functions. In November 2021, Emily was promoted to the position of National HR Partner - Employee and Industrial Relations at MacKillop Family Services, where they provided advice and guidance on policies, procedures, compliance, performance management, and recruitment. Emily also trained and coached line managers in effective team management.

Emily Hudek's education history begins with high school at Sunbury College, where they studied from 2007 to 2012. Emily then went on to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from La Trobe University, which they completed from 2013 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Emily Hudek has also obtained several certifications. In March 2018, they earned a certification as a Return To Work Coordinator from CGU Insurance. Prior to that, in March 2013, they received a Certificate 3 in Retail from Franklyn Scholar. In October 2011, they obtained a Certificate 2 in Small Business (Operations/Innovations) from the Australian Institute of Education and Training. Finally, in September 2010, they earned another Certificate 2 in Retail, also from Franklyn Scholar.
