Jessica Kustura

Jessica Kustura's work experience includes various roles in different organizations. Jessica started their career at MacKillop Family Services in 2014 as a Refugee Services Residential Care Worker, providing care for young asylum seekers. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Edmund Rice Oceania as a Retreats and Immersion Coordinator, facilitating social justice programs in Melbourne and East Africa. In 2016, they worked as a Student Research Assistant at Murdoch Childrens Research Institute. Jessica then returned to MacKillop Family Services in 2017 as a Residential Care Worker, providing trauma-informed care for young people. Jessica also worked as a Targeted Care Package Case Manager and Residential Care Case Manager, supporting young people in their placements. In 2021, Jessica took up concurrent roles at Body Sculpting & Fitness as a Pilates Instructor and at Good Grief (MacKillop Family Services) as a Season for Growth Companion, supporting children through grief and loss. Jessica continued working at MacKillop Family Services in 2022 as a Targeted Care Package Key Worker, providing financial and case management support for young people. Additionally, Jessica worked at Edmund Rice Camps (Victoria) as a Program Facilitator, organizing social justice programs for adolescents. Jessica Kustura has a diverse education history. In 2019, they obtained a Meditation Teacher Certification from 1 Giant Mind, focusing on Health and Wellness. In 2020, they pursued a Certificate IV in Pilates - Matwork & Pilates from Breathe Education, specializing in Fitness. The following year, in 2021, they furthered their knowledge in the field by completing a Diploma of Clinical Pilates from the same institution. In 2022, Jessica enrolled in La Trobe University, where they are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Psychological Science degree, focusing on Psychology. Additionally, they hold a Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention, specializing in Child Protection, from Melbourne Polytechnic.
