Amy McKillip is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in project management and process improvement. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager in the PMO at MacLean Engineering since July 2021, Amy brings extensive experience from roles as a Process Improvement Specialist and Trainer at RELAMCO, along with previous positions including Manager of Applied Research, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation at Northern College of Applied Arts and Technology and Business Improvement Lead at Glencore. With a solid academic foundation that includes a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from Cape Breton University and a Diploma in Geological Engineering Technologist from Cambrian College, Amy has effectively applied Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive operational excellence throughout their career.
