Matthew Otto

Matthew Otto is an experienced HRIS professional with a background in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently, Matthew serves as HRIS Manager at MacLean-Fogg Company, where responsibilities include managing HR information systems and data analytics. Previous roles include HRIS Analyst positions at ACCO Brands and McDermott Will & Emery, where Matthew supported and managed various HR databases and analytics. Before transitioning to HRIS, Matthew worked as a Staffing Specialist at Manpower, overseeing temporary associates, and as a Manager at Classic Cinemas, where management of employee schedules and performance evaluations was key.
