Lisa Byrd

Lisa Byrd has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Lisa started their career in 2005 as a Sales Manager at Marshall Field's and then moved to Macy's in 2006, where they worked as a Store Merchandising and Operations Manager until 2009. In 2009, they joined Target as an Executive of Human Resources and later became a Store Director, a position they held until 2018. Lisa then transitioned to MacLean-Fogg Component Solutions, where they worked as a Human Resources Manager from 2018 to 2022. Lisa was then promoted to Regional Human Resources Director and currently holds the role of Fastener Group Director of Human Resources, starting in May 2023.

Lisa Byrd attended the University of Detroit Mercy from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication.
