Lishen Yan

Lishen Yan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and IT system implementation. Currently serving as Business Systems Manager and Business & Production Systems Lead at Macmahon since May 2021, responsibilities include managing ICT system cloud migration and overseeing TAFE Finance Systems updates. Previously, Lishen held the position of ICT Project Manager at the Department of Training and Workforce Development, where major initiatives involved liaising with stakeholders for system decommissioning projects. Lishen's experience also includes roles as Technical Project Manager at Baker Hughes and BI/ERP Operation Lead at GE Oil & Gas, where significant contributions were made in digital transformation and data integration. Earlier career highlights include consulting for SAP ERP projects at Accenture and software engineering at Fujian Fujitsu Communication Software Co., Ltd. Lishen holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from China Agricultural University, earned in 2005.
