Nikota Febiyansyahly has been working in the drill and blast engineering field for several years, holding various titles and roles in reputable companies such as Macmahon, PT Tenaga Kimia Indonesia, Leighton Asia, and Chevron. Nikota obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mine Engineering from Universitas Mulawarman.
