Shelly Casciato

Shelly Casciato is an experienced Senior Media Editor and Team Lead for Customer Success at Macmillan Learning, where since August 2012, supervision of economics and chemistry Customer Success Specialists has been a key responsibility, alongside direct support for customers as a Specialist. Prior experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin from 2007 to 2012, focusing on general and analytical chemistry courses, and tutoring undergraduate students in chemistry at The University of Texas-Pan American from 2004 to 2007. Shelly holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry with a specialization in Analytical Chemistry from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from The University of Texas-Pan American.
