The Operations and Supply Chain team at MACOM is responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring timely sourcing and procurement of materials, optimizing manufacturing operations, overseeing logistics and distribution globally, and maintaining efficient business systems. They work to meet production demands for semiconductor products while maintaining high standards for quality, cost-effectiveness, and operational efficiency across data center, telecommunication, and industrial and defense applications.
