Andrey Elperin

Andrey Elperin is an accomplished engineering manager at MacPaw since March 2023, previously leading the IP/MPLS network engineering team at Kyivstar GSM from May 2007 to March 2023. In this role, Andrey was responsible for the design and planning of a nationwide IP/MPLS multiservice network, managing aspects such as routing policies, QoS, MPLS traffic engineering, and strategic network lifecycle planning. Andrey's extensive experience includes positions as a senior network engineer and network engineer at Kyivstar GSM, as well as roles at ColoCall, Ltd., SkyVision, and Extreme Telecom, with a strong focus on network design, routing protocols, and hands-on operations across various complex environments. Andrey holds an MSc with distinction in Automatic Production from the National University of Food Technology, obtained between 1997 and 2003.
