Andy Stapley

Andy Stapley has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Andy recently worked as the CEO of Macphie UK since October 2018. Prior to that, they held the position of Managing Director at Kensey Foods under Samworth Brothers starting from July 2017. From 2016 to 2017, Andy was the Business Owner at Bigger Picture Solutions Ltd. Andy also served as the Managing Director of UK Consumer Products at Marine Harvest Group from 2014 to 2016. Before that, they worked as the Business Cluster Managing Director at Youngs Seafood Ltd from 2013 to 2014 and held various Managing Director roles within Pinneys of Scotland (The Seafood Company) from 2008 to 2011, leading successful turnarounds and transformation agendas. Andy also worked in senior roles at 2 Sisters Food Group, Dawnfresh Seafoods Ltd, Grampian Country Food Group, and Golden Wonder throughout their career.

Andy Stapley attended Bellahouston Academy from 1979 to 1983. Andy then went on to study mechanical engineering at Springburn College of Engineering from 1983 to 1987.
