Victoria Goodyear

Victoria Goodyear is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager, People and Culture Manager, and Employee Experience Advisor at Macphie UK since February 2022, Victoria has previously held positions including HR Advisor at Hillcrest and Controller at Police Scotland, where responsibilities included managing police resources during active incidents. Additional HR experience includes roles at NOV, Police Scotland, Inspire PTL, and Tesco, which provided a comprehensive foundation in people management, compliance, and customer service.
