Grace McCleary

Grace McCleary is currently a Research & Advisory Associate in the Climate Intelligence Unit at Macquarie Group, a position held since March 2023. Previously, Grace worked at Rivian from September 2020 to March 2023, advancing through roles as a Senior Associate, Associate, and Analyst in Strategy & Corporate Development. Prior to Rivian, Grace contributed to The FarmLink Project as a member of the Deals Team, which focused on redistributing surplus food to those in need during the COVID-19 pandemic. Earlier experience includes a Summer Analyst position with BTG Pactual in the Timberland Investment Group. Grace holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Environmental Studies from Brown University, as well as educational experiences at DIS for study abroad and The Nightingale-Bamford School, with additional time spent at The Mountain School of Milton Academy.
