Ilysse Pratter

Ilysse Pratter is an experienced human resources executive, currently serving as Managing Director and Head of HR for Equities & Multi-Asset and Credit at Macquarie Group since October 2016. Ilysse has held various leadership positions within the company, including roles as Chief of Staff and Global Head of HR for Public Investments. Additionally, Ilysse is a member of Chief, a private network dedicated to empowering women in leadership. Prior experience includes HR roles at Apollo Global Management LLC, Neuberger Berman, Deloitte, and an internship at Jay Gaines & Company. Ilysse holds a B.A. in Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan.
