Luis Uguina

Luis Uguina currently serves as Chief Digital Officer and Head of Digital Transformation at Macquarie Group since November 2014. In addition, Uguina holds multiple positions including Non Executive Board Member at Black Dog Institute, Member of the Google Cloud Financial Services Advisory Board, and Member of the Box.com Developer Platform Council. Uguina's previous experience includes a tenure at BBVA from November 2007 to October 2014, where roles included Head of Technology for Digital Banking and Global Head of Remote Channels and New Digital Business. Prior to BBVA, Uguina worked at Banco Santander, Bankinter, and BBVA in various technology and innovation roles. Uguina completed an Executive MBA at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business in 2012.
