Michael Daley

Michael Daley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer of the Legal and Governance Group at Macquarie Group. Over a career spanning more than 17 years at Macquarie, Michael has held various leadership roles, including Behavioral Risk Director, Leveraged and Acquisition Finance Transaction Lead, and Senior Vice President in Equity Capital Markets. Michael's commitment to community engagement is demonstrated through board membership at the National Young Writers Festival and as Managing Director of Henrys Hamilton, a venture capital firm. Additionally, Michael has been involved with The Pinnacle Foundation as a proposed mentor and served as a board observer for The Observership Program. Michael’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Economics from The University of Queensland, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Psychology and Behavioral Economics from Monash University and Princeton University.
