Bob Wallace

Bob Wallace has over 35 years of experience in various roles within the telecommunications and technology industry. Bob started their career at News Limited Sydney as a Lead Shift Engineer, where they managed a team in a critical newspaper production environment. Bob then joined Intergraph Corporation as the Director of Customer Services and Quality for the Asia Pacific Region. Bob worked there for 14 years before moving to PowerTel Ltd as the Manager of Customer Care & Billing. After that, they joined Macquarie Telecom, where they held multiple roles including Group Executive Information Technology & Billing and Director of Customer Operations. Bob also worked as a Consultant at Resources Global Professionals before returning to Macquarie Telecom as the Operations Compliance Officer and later as the Operations Compliance Manager and Head of IT Operations. With their extensive experience in operations, customer care, and IT, Bob is a highly knowledgeable professional in the telecommunications industry.

Bob Wallace attended Macquarie University Graduate School of Management from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a Diploma in Operations Management. During the same period, they also pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Additionally, in 1992, Bob completed an MBA program at Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM) with a concentration in Business.
