Mary Rose Potencion has extensive experience in administrative and customer service roles. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to Philippines Operations at Macquarie Technology Group since June 2015, Mary Rose has also held the position of Billing Resolutions Analyst. Prior to this, Mary Rose worked as a Data Management Analyst at NGA Human Resources from May 2013 to June 2015. Mary Rose's career began at American Express as a Relationship Care Officer II from October 2011 to April 2013, and earlier experiences include various roles at Optus from May 2007 to March 2011, including Agent Mentor, Subject Matter Expert, and Customer Service Representative.
