Tampil Primananda

Tampil Primananda possesses extensive experience in IT and technical support roles. Currently serving as a System and Problem Engineer at Macquarie Telecom Group since September 2013, Tampil is the primary escalation point for incident management and oversees systems administration for various platforms including Interactive Intelligence, Confluence, and JIRA.
