Jennifer Yu

Jennifer Yu is an experienced legal and corporate professional with a strong background in company secretarial services and corporate transactions. Currently serving as a Corporate and Transaction Specialist at Macquarie AirFinance since September 2019, Jennifer has prior experience as an Assistant Company Secretary at Informa and a Company Secretary at BNP Paribas, where responsibilities included managing secretarial services for various funds in Jersey. Jennifer also established a company secretarial business at Computershare and worked with private clients in trust and company structures at Hawksford International. Jennifer’s legal career began as a trainee solicitor at Nigel Harris & Partners after earning a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Nottingham Trent University.
