Emma Delmotte

Emma Delmotte is Manager of Programs and Partnerships at macro-eyes. Emma has progressive cross-functional project management and supply chain experience both gained in the Not-for-Profit and private sector.

Most recently, Emma worked for Deloitte Geneva in Switzerland where she designed a health Supply Chain data dashboard for a Not-For-Profit organization, allowing for better transparency of procurement and supply chain data across the organization. Prior to that, she was entrusted by The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria to redesign and lead the Supply Chain Transformation program for Liberia as well as establish partnerships and ease operational supply chain implementation projects in 17 African countries.

From supply chain overall strategy to business processes design, Emma worked several years in the private sector in consulting, across several industries ranging from bio-engineering, food, to electronics manufacturing. She quickly realised that her passion was elsewhere and moved to development in the health sector where she is able to live her passion utilizing both her supply chain operations and project management experience.
