Thomas D. Greene

Director of National Security & Government Portfolios at Macro-Eyes

A recipient of various prestigious military awards and decorations, LTC Greene has held various positions within the military and intelligence space. Prior to a secondment with Athenium Analytics, he served at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency as the Senior Military Representative within Congressional Affairs. While at the NGA, LTC Greene also served as the Senior Advisor to the CTO, Senior Military Advisor to the Associate Director for Capabilities, Special Advisor to Strategic Technologies at DARPA, and the Deputy Chief of the Analytic Operations Group.

Prior, LTC Greene was the Chief of the Analysis and Control Element (ACE) for U.S. Army South and the Deputy Commander, Director of Operations (J3), and Director of Intelligence (J2) for Special Operations Command Forward-Central Africa.

Having worked directly with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence’s policy and planning directorate to construct the original Intelligence Community Directives and design the Intelligence Community’s first Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Common Operating Picture, LTC Greene has advised members of Congress and the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, regarding policy considerations related to intelligence operations around the world and Cyber defense initiatives.

LTC Greene holds a B.A. from Davidson College with a major in Political Science and earned an M.B.A from Emory University in Atlanta, GA and an M.S. in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University in Washington, DC.

LTC Greene was selected as a White House Fellow finalist, White House Aide, and represented the Army in the 2008 & 2010 Pan-American Games; winning a gold medal in jiu-jitsu in 2010.
