Davis Griffin has extensive experience in account management and customer support within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as a Strategic Account Manager at Macro Helix LLC since March 2013, Davis oversees customer relationships and provides high-level support in navigating the complexities of the 340B industry. Prior to this role, Davis was a Customer Support Team Lead, responsible for managing a team of support representatives and facilitating training initiatives.
