Clay Baker

Clay Baker has worked in the IT industry since 1997. Clay started as a Managing Consultant at Federal Data Corporation, then moved on to become a VP/CTO at Access Magazine. In 2000, they took on the role of Sr. Manager of Web Application Development at Fannie Mae and Director IT at Capital One Financial Corporation. In 2007, they became a Sr. Consultant at Freddie Mac, where they were a Methodology mentor for two large divisions and worked with individual project teams to ensure compliance with the Software Development Methodology (SDM). Clay was also instrumental in influencing changes to updated releases of the SDM based on how the project teams were actually doing their work. In 2008, Clay took on two roles, Partner at Framework Development Group, L.L.C. and Sr. Consultant at PODS. Clay then moved on to become a Senior Technical Consultant at TalTeam in 2019 and is currently a Technical Lead at Macro Solutions since 2022.

Clay Baker attended Butler University from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Music degree in Theory Composition.
