Kelly Deloach

Kelly DeLoach, CF APMP, is an experienced Proposal Manager and member of the Business Development team at Macro Solutions since April 2014. Possessing certifications as a Certified Scrum Master and APMP Foundations Certified, Kelly has expertly managed proposals for various projects, including GSA STARS III and CIO-SP4. With a solid background in quality assurance, Kelly has been a key contributor to ISO certifications and CMMI appraisals, while also overseeing proposal development, past performance sections, and participating in strategic planning. Prior professional experiences include grant writing for Arlington Ridge Group, research assistance for the U.S. House of Representatives, and volunteering in Kenya. Kelly holds a BA in Political Science and Sociology from Birmingham-Southern College, where distinction in Leadership Studies was achieved.
