Todd Hager

Todd Hager has over 30 years of experience in the technology industry. Todd began their career in 1986 as a Project Manager for Hotel Automation at Omni Hotels. In 1996, they became the Director at EdgeMark Systems, where they created a financial systems practice rooted in Oracle Applications and a customer and order management system based on Siebel Applications. In 2001, they joined BroadPoint, Inc. as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Federal Team. There, they managed BroadPoint's extensive project portfolio, which included client engagements in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications, Business Process Management (BPM), Business Analytics, Cloud Enablement, Shared Services, Data Quality, Service Management, Operations and Maintenance, and agile custom engineering. In 2015, they became President at point B consulting LLC. Todd currently serves as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Macro Solutions.

Todd Hager holds a Master's degree in Business and Telecommunications from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, obtained in 1997. Todd also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Math from UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics, obtained in 1986. In addition, Todd Hager has obtained several certifications, including Certified CMMI Associate v2 from the CMMI Institute in October 2019, Certified Scrum Manager from the Scrum Alliance in May 2016, Project Management Professional from PMI in April 2013, and ITIL v3 from ITIL Certified in March 2013.
