Karla Winters

Karla Winters has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Karla began their career as a Legal Admin. Assistant with an internship at Waste Management in 2002. Karla then worked at SoftLayer Technologies as a Senior AR Representative and later as a Sr. Enterprise Account Manager. After that, they joined Waste Management, Inc. as a Sales Operations Analyst. In 2014, Karla transitioned to Stewart Title as the Manager of CRM Administration & National Sales Trainer. Currently, they are the Director of Sales Enablement at MacroFab, starting in 2022.

Karla Winters received a Bachelor's degree in Management with a focus on International Business and Marketing from The University of Texas at San Antonio. Karla also holds a certification in Culture of Feedback from Salesforce Trailhead.
