Shane Blaser

Shane Blaser has over 30 years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership. Shane currently holds the position of Head of Software Engineering at MacroFab. Prior to their current role, they served as the Head of Software Engineering: Marketplace at Paylocity, where they led a team focused on delivery optimization and cloud migration. Shane also served as the VP of Engineering at Cloudsnap, where their main focus was on delivery optimization and operational excellence. Earlier in their career, they held various leadership positions at j2 Global, PADI, CallFire, United Online, and Southern California Gas Company, where they were responsible for driving technological advancements, implementing agile practices, and leading successful transformations. Shane Blaser's extensive experience and expertise have consistently brought about significant improvements in delivery optimization, operational efficiency, and overall product quality.

Shane Blaser holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California.
