Melinda Hanson

Melinda Hanson has a strong background in executive administrative support and facilities operations. Melinda has held various roles throughout their career, starting as an Executive Assistant at Advancis Pharmaceutical Corporation from 2003 to 2005, where they provided high-level support to the Chief Business Officer and VP of Pharmaceutical Marketing. Melinda then worked at The Institute for Genomic Research (TIGR) as an Administrative Manager/Executive Assistant from 2005 to 2006, providing confidential support to the Vice President of Research, Vice President of Administration, and President. In 2007, they served as a Project Administrator/Senior Executive Assistant at MiddleBrook Pharmaceuticals, handling executive administrative duties and managing budgets. Melinda joined MacroGenics, Inc. in 2008 and has held several positions, including Research Administrator/Executive Assistant from 2008 to 2011, Senior Manager of Laboratory Operations from 2012 to the present, and Senior Operations Manager in Facilities & Engineering since 2020. In their current role as Associate Director of Facilities Operations, Melinda oversees the daily operations of the company's facilities department.
