Phillip Harshbarger

Phillip Harshbarger has a strong background in IT and project management. Phillip started their career at Accenture as a Manager, focusing on supply chain performance improvement projects. Phillip then moved to Forest Laboratories, where they served as an Informatics Account Manager and later as a Project Delivery Manager, responsible for planning and implementing IT application solutions. Harshbarger then joined Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.), where they held the roles of Customer Engagement Manager - Enterprise IT and R&D IT Project Delivery Services - Department Lead. In these roles, they established new IT relationships with business customers, managed IT projects, and oversaw a budget of over $4 million. Currently, Harshbarger is the Director of R&D IT at MacroGenics, Inc.

Phillip Harshbarger received their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati in 1996. Phillip went on to pursue further education and completed their Masters degree in Industrial Engineering from the same university in 1998.
