Position Summary:

MacroHealth is looking for a passionate product marketing professional to join our growing Marketing team at MacroHealth. We are seeking an individual who exhibits a high-level of professionalism, a passion for innovation, and a business style that is strategic, creative, team-oriented, hands-on, and collaborative.

This individual contributor will drive go-to-market product strategy, help shape and define the product in partnership with the Executive, Product, Sales and Customer Experience teams, and deliver marketing toolkits for all new products and product enhancements (including product training, positioning, key product messaging, marketing materials, brochures and content).

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Track market and competitive landscape, in collaboration with Marketing, Sales and Product leadership
  • Be the product and market expert, providing in-depth knowledge of market trends and dynamics, competitive landscape, critical market success factors, and customer needs
  • Support enablement of the Sales and Customer Experience teams to help them understand the market landscape and effectively articulate and optimally position the value of our product to increase win rates
  • Collaborate with the Executive, Sales, Finance, and Product teams to determine the most efficient and profitable pricing strategy for the product
  • Create and implement a product segment strategy and plan, addressing new product creation, price and margin optimization, sales and expense projections
  • Serve as marketing lead in new product development process, partnering with product management and development teams to define and develop next-generation products and on-market product improvements centered on meeting true user needs
  • Collaborate with key cross-functional partners (Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Experience) to support go-to-market (GTM) launch plans for new products and on-market product improvements
  • Provide high level of expertise on the assigned products. Work closely with customers and cross-functional organizations to ensure product changes are understood
  • Organize, coordinate, and present educational sessions on the product for customers and the Sales and Customer Experience teams
  • Partner with the wider marketing team to develop and deliver product launch toolkits that provide impactful new product messaging and education to commercial teams, including product training, positioning, key messaging, brochures etc
  • Act as a product and market SME to build strong product marketing content, including blogs, reports, videos, and presentations
  • Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to successfully identify business opportunities, support tools, and new marketing programs in a timely and high-quality manner
  • Support the development of product focused promotional materials, sales collateral, and customer communication materials
  • Support broader marketing projects and initiatives as directed

  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and convey them to a wide range of audiences
  • Dynamic, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias to action

 

Required Education and Experience:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent, preferably in Marketing, Business or a related field
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in B2B product marketing and/or product management in healthcare or with a SaaS software company

 

Salary: USD $120,000 - $128,000
