Martin Kunev

Martin Kunev has a diverse work experience history. Martin started their career as a Web Developer at Ediso from February 2008 to February 2009. Following that, they co-founded and worked as a developer at WebConnect LTD from February 2009 to April 2017, where they developed a hosting site, integrated payment systems, and developed an AJAX panel for virtualization.

In 2011, Martin worked as a Teaching Assistant at Sofia University from October 2011 to January 2012.

Later, they co-founded and worked as a developer at Schetologika from May 2014 to October 2014, where they developed the backend of an accounting web application using a NoSQL database and REST interface.

Martin also worked as a Senior software developer at SevOne from October 2014 to November 2016, where they improved reporting performance on netflow data and developed a scalable alerting system.

In 2017, Martin worked as a Senior Backend Developer and DevOps at Codex from February 2017 to July 2017. There, they processed financial data feeds and integrated the embedded database ExtremeDB.

From 2012 to 2017, Martin co-founded and worked as a developer at Filement.com, where they designed and implemented a scalable distributed platform and developed a multi-threaded HTTPS server for privacy purposes.

Lastly, Martin is currently working at Macrometa Corp. since February 2018 as a DB Architect and Founding Engineer.

Martin Kunev completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski between 2008 and 2012. Prior to that, they attended the National High School of Mathematics and Science from 2003 to 2008, focusing on the field of study in Physics.
