John Grogan

John Grogan is an experienced professional with a strong background in automotive quality management and engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Automotive Quality at Macronix International Co., LTD since 2010, John established the company's first Automotive Quality Office and oversees the performance of eight assembly subcontractors while educating the Taiwanese workforce on quality and reliability standards. Previously, John held the position of Customer Engineering Manager at Spansion, managing quality for 11 automotive accounts and supporting over 20 design and manufacturing locations. Earlier career roles include Senior Quality Systems Project Manager at Freescale Semiconductor, where John led QS-9000 certification efforts, and Quality Engineer at Continental Automotive, overseeing a team focused on quality analysis and reporting. John began a career in engineering at Boeing, where design responsibilities included defining requirements for the International Space Station. John Grogan holds an MBA from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
