Sean Dwyer

Sean Dwyer is a project manager at MACRO. Sean has over 10 years of experience working as a programmer and analyst contractor. Sean has worked on refactoring, generalizing and adding additional standards to an application in the first stages of development. Sean has also pushed down SAS 9.4 AIX Unix platform business rules into native IBM Netezza in-database SQL to maximize processing from the GUI front-end parameters that define what data and/or reporting requirements are being requested from different roles of users. Sean has also been involved with Membership, Claims, Pharmacy, Efficiency, and Quality measures including HEDIS. In addition, they have designed and implemented the security model in Windows, Linux, and Unix adhering to HIPPA compliance rules. Sean has also optimized the processing of billions of rows. Sean is skilled in using .Net, C#, and JavaScript with the UI. Sean also has experience using compiled macros to hide access to sensitive data.

Sean Dwyer's educational career began at JJ Pearce High School. Sean then went on to earn their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Texas A&M University, where they focused on business analysis and research. Finally, Sean Dwyer earned their certification from Sun Corporation as a Certified Java Programmer Platform 2.
