Lorraine Quinn

Lorraine Quinn is the Head of Trade Compliance at MacTaggart Scott since August 2023, managing the Trade Compliance Department and ensuring training and awareness of UK Government Trade Compliance legislation across various business functions. Prior experience includes roles as Fleet Training Compliance and Systems Manager at Northern Marine Manning Services Ltd, where responsibility encompassed formulating and managing the Fleet Training and Competence strategy, and Maritime Commercial Solutions Lead at SeaTec, focusing on driving sales of Training Service deliverables. Previous positions also include serving as Maritime Training Specialist at Marlins and Site Trade Compliance Manager at Thales. Lorraine's career began in the Royal Navy, holding various positions from Officer of the Watch to Communications Specialist, where extensive training and operational experience were gained over nearly two decades. Lorraine holds a Bachelor's Degree in Nautical Science from Blackpool & Fylde Nautical College.
