Sarah B. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital product management and transformation. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Digital Product Management at Macy's since August 2021, Sarah previously held multiple leadership roles at Citi from January 2017 to August 2021, including Senior Vice President of Digital Transformation and Vice President of both Digital Product Management and Digital Client Experience for the US Commercial and Consumer Banks. Prior to Citi, Sarah worked as Manager of Digital e-Commerce Strategy at MetLife and held positions in operations and finance at Chopt Creative Salad Company, Saint Ann's School, and BR Guest Hospitality. An accomplished leader, Sarah also served as Executive President of the United Student Government at Fordham University, where Sarah earned a BA in Political Science and Theology.
