Surya Duggirala

Surya Duggirala is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in architecture and engineering management. Currently serving as Director of Architecture & Engineering at Macy's since October 2010, Surya oversees six teams and 102 indirect professionals across multiple locations, including an offshore center in India. Previous roles at Macy's include Manager of Ecommerce Engineering, where Surya led a team in developing e-commerce infrastructure. Prior experience includes positions at Alltel/Verizon Wireless as Sr. Manager IT, managing capacity needs, and at ALLTEL as Programming Manager, where the focus was on enterprise middleware and web application infrastructure. Surya began a career at Tata Consultancy Services as a Consultant, managing multiple IT application projects. Educational achievements include an MBA in Finance & Risk Management from Georgia State University and engineering degrees from PSG College of Technology and Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
