Tom Cole

Tom Cole has over a decade of executive experience in the retail sector, currently serving as the retired Chief Administrative Officer of Macy's since February 2009. Prior to this role, Tom Cole was a Partner at Kurt Salmon from February 2014 to December 2016, specializing in retail and wholesale consulting. Additionally, Tom Cole held the position of Vice Chairman of Support Services at Federated Department Stores from March 2001 to February 2009. Tom Cole earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Kent State University, completing the degree between 1966 and 1972.
