Jessica Post

Jessica Post, MBA, SPHR has a diverse work experience in human resources and faculty affairs coordination. Jessica is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Mad Engine Global, LLC. Prior to this, they held various roles at Fifth Sun, including Director of Human Resources, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Generalist. Jessica also worked as a Human Resource Generalist at Lundberg Family Farms. Earlier in their career, they worked at California State University, Chico in roles such as Faculty Affairs Coordinator, HR Services Representative, and Student Lead/Help Desk Analyst-User Services. Jessica also served as the President of Chapter 302 at the California State University Employees Union.

Jessica Post, MBA, SPHR, attended California State University, Chico from 2003 to 2006, earning a Bachelor's degree in Recreation Administration. Jessica then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration at the same university from 2007 to 2008. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Jessica attended Pleasant Valley High School. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation from HRCI and SHRM in 2016. Additionally, they are Mental Health First Aid Certified by Mental Health First Aid USA and holds a Workplace Incident Investigation Certification from SHRM, obtained in 2014 and 2013 respectively.
