Gia started their career with Sephora USA as a Manager in 2001. Gia then worked for West Coast Beauty Systems as a Paul Mitchell Salon Development Manager in 2005.. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Cosmetologist with Hairstrology for over a decade. After her Salon closed, Gia became a Business Development Manager with Sweis, Inc. and held that role until early 2023 when they joined Mad Rabbit as its Business Development Manager. In her role as a Business Development Manager, she created in-salon education and presentations, maintained territory sales with multiple haircare lines, recruited educators, designed a territory route to build and maintain over 800 accounts, and received recognition for her contribution to K18 Hair Sales.

Gia Guglielmo has completed an Associate's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at CSN. Gia also studied Fashion Design at E. Meadow. In addition, they received training in Cosmetology/Cosmetologist, General at the James Albert School of Cosmetology-Costa Mesa. Gia also has certifications in Cosmetology, with one obtained from the Nevada State Board of Cosmetology.
