Waseem Hijazi

Waseem Hijazi is an experienced technology and business improvement leader currently serving as the Head Of Technology & Business Improvement at Mada Jordan since May 2023. With a robust background in CRM and business analysis as Team Lead at Zain Jordan from May 2007 to May 2023, Waseem developed and maintained RDBM systems while ensuring high-quality standards. Prior experience includes a role as a .NET Developer at Aramex for a brief period in 2007, where integration of the Avaya Telephony system and portal development were key responsibilities, and as a Microsoft Technical Trainer at OPTIMIZA, where advanced courses in VB.NET and ADO were conducted. Waseem holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Applied Science University, obtained in February 2005.
