Haitham al Hinai

Haitham Al Hinai is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in planning, engineering, and education. Currently serving as the Head of Planning and Studies Section at MadaynOman, Haitham leads strategic initiatives for Industrial Parks, managing zoning and infrastructure standardization across vast areas. Previously held roles include Acting Head of the GIS Section, where digital transformation and optimization of GIS systems were prioritized, and Head of Project Section, overseeing comprehensive project lifecycles in Buraimi Industrial City. Haitham is also an Associate - Smart City Expert at RMA Advisory, a member of the College of Engineering Advisory Board at the University of Buraimi, and a Board Member at Saraa Private School. Haitham holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University and is pursuing a Master's in Construction Engineering & Management at Sultan Qaboos University.
