Jassen Bluto

Jassen Bluto has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 1996, they served as a Police Officer for the Saint Albans Police Department until 1999. Jassen then joined the Burlington Police Department as a Police Officer until 2003. During this time, they also served in the Vermont Army National Guard as a Liaison Officer for the 3-172nd Mountain Infantry Battalion and as a Company Executive Officer for Delta Company 1-172 Armor.

In 2003, Bluto transitioned to the Torrance Police Department, where they worked as a Police Detective until 2012. In this role, they gained experience in patrol, detective division, and specialized investigative units such as auto theft, robbery homicide, and computer forensics.

From 2012 to 2013, Bluto worked as the Director of Computer Forensics for LCG Discovery Experts, LLC, providing e-discovery and computer forensic services to clients in various industries.

Bluto then joined the State of Vermont in 2013 as an Investigator for the Board of Medical Practice, focusing on regulatory compliance and investigations related to medical practices.

Bluto has also had a successful military career. Jassen served in the Air National Guard, holding positions such as Commander of the 141st Security Forces Squadron, Chief of the Integrated Defense Branch for the Security Forces Division at NGB Air Staff, and Commander of the 157th Security Forces Squadron.

In 2021, Bluto joined the New Saint Andrews College as the Executive Vice President, where they provided administrative leadership and directed various non-academic units to support the college's mission and goals.

Currently, Bluto is employed by Maddox Industrial Transformer as a Key Account Specialist since 2022.

Jassen Bluto has a diverse education history. In 1995, they completed an Associate's degree in Industrial Security at the Community College of the Air Force. Jassen pursued further education and obtained Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Trinity College, where they studied from 1996 to 1999.

Later, from 2013 to 2016, Bluto attended Biola University, where they earned a Master of Arts degree in Christian Apologetics. The focus of their studies was on Christian Apologetics. Subsequently, in 2016, they attended the USAF Air War College, where they studied Military and Strategic Leadership for a year.

In addition to their formal education, Bluto has obtained additional certifications. In 2017, they achieved the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from USAF AFSO21. Recently, in April 2022, they received the Force Science Analyst certification from Force Science.
