Jim Broenen

Jim Broenen is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in executive leadership roles. Currently serving as an Independent Board Member at MADE BY GATHER since December 2022, Jim Broenen was previously the Executive Vice President and CFO, as well as SVP of IT at Fender Musical Instruments Corporation from April 2006 to the present. Additionally, Jim Broenen held a retired position as a board member at the Fender Play Foundation since January 2020. Prior experience includes roles such as VP Controller at Rockwell Automation (2001 - 2005) and Sr VP CFO at Case New Holland (1991 - 2000), along with a managerial position in tax at Arthur Andersen & Co (1984 - 1990). Jim Broenen holds an MBA from the University of Chicago (1988 - 1989) and a BS in Accounting from Marquette University (1980 - 1984).
