Schalles Williams has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Starting as a Volunteer Services Intern at Make-A-Wish Middle Tennessee in 2013, they then moved on to become an Account Executive at ServiceSource in the same year. In 2015, they became a Creative Content Manager at LogoGarden, followed by a Sales Associate role at Sophie's Shoppe in 2016. In 2017, they became an Affiliate Broker at Fletcher Bright Realty, and in 2019 they moved to Smart Furniture as a Purchasing Specialist, where they managed NetSuite (ERP) for supply chain management and was responsible for managing / updating internal systems in regards to vendor and product information. Most recently, in 2022, they took on the role of Operations Associate, Inventory Management at Made In.

Schalles Williams attended Baylor School from 2002 to 2009 and then Auburn University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Public Relations.
