Rachelle Minteer currently serves as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Made In Nature since April 2025. Prior to this role, Rachelle held various positions at Raaka Chocolate from November 2018 to April 2025, including Vice President of Sales & Partnerships, Senior Director of Sales and Partnerships, and Director of Sales. From February 2015 to October 2018, Rachelle worked at That's it. as Vice President of Sales and Sales and Marketing Manager. Rachelle's experience also includes a brief tenure as an MBA Consultant at Nestlé in 2014, where market entry analysis and recommendations for the confection and snacking division were provided. Earlier career experience includes serving as Manager of Community Engagement at Jewish Family Service of San Diego from July 2010 to July 2012. Rachelle holds a Master of Business Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Marketing from USC Marshall School of Business, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Business from the University of San Diego.

We’re inspired by the local cuisines that we’ve enjoyed on our travels and they way other cultures embrace their local harvests. We work passionately in our kitchen to develop recipes and new product ideas that highlight these ingredients in unique, flavorful and nutritious ways. Why do we do it?
